Chapter 15 Question

GREAT CHAPTER!  I love the man in the yellow suit, he's just so creepy sounding to me.

At one point in the chapter he says "Dreadful thing, kidnapping.  Isn't it fortunate that I was a witness!"
-What do you think he is thinking in his mind when he is saying this?

    All the stranger wants is the wood to possess the spring water, the "source of changelessness", and he would offer, in return, Winnie and the "criminals."

    He is trying to make the Fosters think that he really cares but in reality, he doesn't care one bit. He is just trying to convince the Fosters that he wants to find Winnie but really he is determined to continue with his evil plans with dominating his future or the world's future. Basicly, he is trying to lure the Fosters into thinking that he will find Winnie. Things are not always what thye seem.

    I agree with Cellar Seller. He is glad that he witnessed the kidnapping because he hopes he can get ownership of the fosters wood in exchange for finding Winnie.

    The man in the yellow suit is trying to show that he is great at being a investigator and he should be the hero get the forest and have the water spring because it is in the forest so then no one will be able to come in and have a drink and then no one else will be able to live forever. The SPRING is all he wants and the forest is like the gate of it! Also he is just trying to show responsibility so they can trust him whenever and give him whatever he wants.Have a great week and also is the mistake my computer made so it is the other one of me!
